Bob Perani to be inducted into the Greater Flint Area Sports Hall of Fame

All of us here at Perani’s Hockey World would like to extend congratulations to Bob Perani and his entire family.

On Saturday, December 6th, the Greater Flint Area Sports Hall of Fame will induct Bob Perani at the Genesys Athletic Conference-Banquet Center.

Bob will join other recent inductees, such as Mateen Cleaves, Bobby Reynolds, Bill Frieder and Andre Rison.

Bob Perani, Founder of Perani’s Hockey World, was a local professional hockey player and fan favorite who played for a number of years as a goalie with the Flint Generals. Bob was a 2-time MVP of the Internal Hockey League (IHL), and spent much of his life serving the Flint community.
